Can I join for free? Absolutely! We welcome, encourage and embrace free members.

What do you mean when you say I get an "Instant List"? When you join you are able to immediately send an email, through our server, to a set number of random members once every three days.

What do I get when I join for free? As a free member you are able to mail to 100* random members, at their contact email addresses, once every three days.

As a free member can I build a list larger than 100? Yes, as a free member you are able to mail to 100 random members OR random members equal to the total of all your direct referrals whichever is GREATER. So, as your direct referrals grow, so could your mailing list.

What do I get as a Pro (Paid) Member? As a Pro Member you are able to mail, once every three days, to 1,000 random members AND you are placed in the ListQUIK Six Million Dollar 2x20 personally forced compensation.

What is the membership fee for a Pro Membership? The purchase price for the Pro Membership is $129.

Is the Pro Membership an Annual Fee? Nope! Your Pro Membership is a One Time, Lifetime Membership Fee!

How can I build a list so that I can mail to more than 1,000 once every three days? As a Pro Member, if the total of your free direct referrals and your downline in the 2x20 Six Million Dollar Matrix is larger than 1,000 you will be able to mail to that number of random members once every three days.

What is the cost of the ProPlus Membership and is it a one time fee? The ProPlus Membership is a One Time Lifetime Fee of $29.95 (Note: You must first be a Pro Member before you can purchase the ProPlus Membership)

Are there any OTHER ways to mail to more members than discussed above? Yes, you can upgrade to the ProPlus Membership which allows you to mail to 1,250 random members once every three days.

Is there any other way that I can mail to more than 1,000 random members as a Pro Member? Yes, when ListQUIK officially launches on January 5, 2009 we will begin offering one Solo Ad per day for sale, which will give you the ability to mail to the ENTIRE membership.

Are there any OTHER ways to mail to more members than discussed above? Yes, (this is really cool), when ListQUIK officially launches on January 5, 2009 you will be able to earn random "Send Credits" by clicking on a link in the emails that you receive. When you click on these emails you will view the website of the advertiser for 15-20 seconds and, at the end of that time you'll be rewarded with either Send Credits that increase the total you can mail to your next mailing or you will be rewarded with CASH!

You mean I can win CASH by clicking on links at ListQUIK? Yes, you will have a chance to win cash randomly by clicking on the email ads you receive from ListQUIK.

How much cash can I win? The minimum cash winnings will be $3 and may be as large as $25, $50 or greater.

Am I guaranteed to win for clicking on emails? Yes, as long as you view the site for the entire required time you are guaranteed to win either send credits or cash.

How do I earn in the Six Million Dollar 2x20 Matrix? You can earn from spill over, spill under and direct referrals.

How much do I earn for a direct referral who upgrades to a Pro Membership? You will earn $20

Does a Free Member earn $20 for a directly referred Pro Member? Yes! We are delighted to reward our valuable free members for helping us build our ListQUIK community.

Is a Free Member placed in the Six Million Dollar 2x20 matrix? No. We reward our Free Members for direct referral upgrades but to benefit from the huge potential of the Six Million Dollar 2x20 matrix they must upgrade to a Pro Membership.

What happens to New Pro Members who are personally sponsored by a Free Member? The system looks upline, following direct lines of sponsorship and finds the nearest upline Pro Member and places that new Pro Member in the highest position in the Six Million Dollar 2x20 Matrix of that upline Pro Member.

What are the commissions in the Six Million Dollar 2x20? Commissions can be earned on each of the levels of the matrix as follows: Level 2: $23; Level 3-5: $1; Levels 6-15: $2; Levels 16-20: $3.

Why is so much paid on the second level? The commission structure was set up to provide an "easy breakeven" for our Pro Members. By making two direct referral sales ($20 x 2 = $40) and filling your second level ($23 x 4 = $92) you will earn back more than your purchase price of $129 Pro Member cost.

Are there sponsoring requirements to earn? Yes, there are sponsoring requirements. However, you can earn up to $80 in the Six Million Dollar 2x20 Matrix without sponsoring anyone. But, to earn more than that you need to directly refer at least one Pro Member.

Why are there sponsoring requirements? Two Reasons. First of all, a program that doesn't have sponsoring requirements that allows you to earn more than your purchase price could be construed as a Security by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (Google "Howey Test"). Secondly, ListQUIK is not intended to be a passive program, it is designed to be a leveraged program. By requiring very small sales of each member to earn within the matrix we provide the opportunity for all members to gain greatly - - - As Much as Six Million Dollars!

What are the sponsoring requirements to earn? With one directly referred Pro Member you can earn down Ten Levels (Potential: $4,000); with two directly referred Pro Members you can earn down FIFTEEN Levels (Potential: $130,000) and with three directly referred Pro Members you can earn on ALL TWENTY Levels which has the potential to be over Six Point TWO Million Dollars!

What payment mechanisms do you accept? We accept Alertpay and Solid Trust Pay, both are free and allow funding with major credit cards.

Why don't you accept Paypal? Paypal has strict rules against allowing companies that use multi-tiered compensation plans from using their service to accept payments or membership fees.

When and How are Commissions Paid? Commissions are paid, pursuant to the Terms of Service, within 72 hours of request. However, we usually pay commissions within 24 hours or even less. It's your money, you want it, we want to get it to you as soon as practical! But, sometimes, due to our workload, it may take the full 72 hours.

Is there a minimum required to request commissions? Yes, $25

Is there withdrawal processing fee? Yes, its' a flat $2

Are there restrictions on what I can advertise in my mailings to the ListQUIK community? Yes. We do not allow advertising of gambling, porn, hate, etc. nor do we allow the advertising of unregistered securities, money games, gifting (it's ILLEGAL!), or any programs, products or services we feel are inappropriate.
